Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Custom Products:

Please note that custom products, such as personalized items, are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
